Customer Service - Warranty
Position: Customer Service - Warranty
Spy Optic, a developer and distributor of premium eyewear products is seeking a new team member to join our Customer Service – Warranty Department. This position is based at our corporate office in Carlsbad, California.
Position Summary:
-
Answering consumer calls regarding warranty, product and dealer information.
-
Distributing return authorization numbers and making sure that the customer understands our policies.

Answers consumer e-mails.

Helps the department out with miscellaneous tasks and assists in special projects upon request.

Assist in month end shipping and inventories when asked.

Back up for receptionist
Qualifications:
-
2+ years prior customer service experience preferred
-
Must possess excellent data entry skills
-
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
-
Experience with Great Plains software a plus
-
Ability to handle multiple projects and work in an autonomous environment with minimal direction or supervision

Ability to prioritize daily, weekly and monthly workload
