Customer Service - Warranty

Position: Customer Service - Warranty
 

Spy Optic, a developer and distributor of premium eyewear products is seeking a new team member to join our Customer Service – Warranty Department.  This position is based at our corporate office in Carlsbad, California.

 
Position Summary:
  • Answering consumer calls regarding warranty, product and dealer information.
  • Distributing return authorization numbers and making sure that the customer understands our policies.
  • Answers consumer e-mails.
  • Helps the department out with miscellaneous tasks and assists in special projects upon request.
  • Assist in month end shipping and inventories when asked.
  • Back up for receptionist

 

 
Qualifications: 
  • 2+ years prior customer service experience preferred
  • Must possess excellent data entry skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook 
  • Experience with Great Plains software a plus
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work in an autonomous environment with minimal direction or supervision
  • Ability to prioritize daily, weekly and monthly workload
