I did have an incident in France when a group of skiers decided to join a pisted run I was on. They weren't looking where they were going and all decided to stop directly in my path. The run was very narrow with nowhere to go. I avoided a few of them but inevitably crashed into one of them. My goggles smashed as my face plunged into the skiers head. My goggles were coated in the skiers snot as their nose obviously emptied on impact.

These goggles were great as I'm sure they protected my cheekbone from a fracture.

If the lens hadn't broken I would have given them 5 stars.

I have used every brand of goggle out there and the Spy Soldier is by far the most comfortable I've ever worn. The spherical lens gives you a great visual of everything around and helps reduce the glare of the sun. You won't be disappointed with this goggle.

I use these goggles with a Giro G10 and the fit is great. The lens isn't very "tall" so it means that your helmet can rest comfortably on your forehead while wearing the goggles without having them sitting too low on your cheeks.

The lens is great under any light conditions... and looks awesome!

The only drawback: the band is a little short for those like me who wears the goggles on an XL helmet. I have the feeling that the goggles are squeezing my face like a scuba mask. I believe you would give the band 1-2 inch more and the fit would be perfect for every rider.
