Discount Application

All advertised discounts and promotional prices are calculated from the item's Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). Discounts do not apply to shipping charges, taxes, gift cards, or previous purchases.

Offer Exclusivity

Promotional offers, discounts, and coupon codes are non-stackable and cannot be combined. Only one promotion or coupon code may be applied per order. If multiple promotions could apply, the single best discount will be applied unless otherwise specified.

Coupon Code Terms

• You can only add one promotional code per order.
• Codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed or validated.
• Codes cannot be applied to items already on sale or promotional pricing unless explicitly stated.
• Codes have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash.
• Codes may have expiration dates, usage limits, or product restrictions.
• SPY Optic is not responsible for lost, stolen, or expired codes.

Promotional Eligibility

Certain products may be excluded from promotions, including but not limited to: limited edition items, collaboration products, prescription eyewear services, and items marked as final sale. Exclusions will be noted where applicable.

Price Adjustments

SPY Optic does not offer price adjustments on previous purchases. If an item goes on sale after your purchase, we are unable to refund the difference. Promotional pricing applies only to orders placed during the active promotion period.

Order Modifications

Once an order has been submitted, promotional codes or discounts cannot be added retroactively. Please ensure all applicable codes are entered at checkout before completing your purchase.

Inventory & Availability

All promotions are subject to product availability and while supplies last. SPY Optic is not responsible for sold-out items during promotional periods. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled due to inventory limitations.

Modification & Termination

SPY Optic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of technical errors affecting promotional pricing, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices and will notify affected customers.

Returns on Promotional Orders

Items purchased under promotional discount programs are final sale. For non-promotional items, returns must be made within 30 days. Free gifts received with purchase must be returned along with the qualifying item(s) to receive a full refund. If a return causes your order total to fall below a promotion threshold, the value of the promotional item or discount may be deducted from your refund. You cannot modify or cancel an order already validated.

Fraud Prevention

SPY Optic reserves the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, and cancel orders that appear to be placed by resellers, bots, or through fraudulent means. Promotional abuse may result in order cancellation and account suspension.
