Recap - No Cap! Boo Johnson Launch Party in Downtown Long Beach
A collaboration we’ve all been waiting for – We partnered up with professional skateboarder, entrepreneur, and all around badass, Boo Johnson, to create two blazing hot + dangerously fast shades in collaboration with Boo’s apparel line, Just Have Fun. To celebrate, we threw the hottest party of the Summer...literally.
Big shout out to everyone who came out to the exclusive party, THE BLOCK WAS HOT! This VIP event brought together both worlds of creativity and community...and to keep it 100, we are still recovering from the night. We linked up at a trendy downtown venue with walls full of blown-up Dana Trippe aka @trippydana photography that had the place buzzing with positive energy and an atmosphere we’ll remember forever. For some, it was a first-time partying with fashion enthusiasts, skateboarders, and a crew of brilliant artists and ambassadors – who you might know as agents of change.
Huge thanks to JuneShine + Pizza Port Brewing for the ice cold bevs, The Quesadilla Calling for keeping our stomachs full, and the man with the smooth beats - DJ Kevin Romar, keeping the floor spinning. Can’t forget about the crew who kicked off the Just Have Fun tattoo booth, eventually starting a line keeping the stoke alive. Most importantly, the Boo J. Logan sunglasses were being passed around the room, highlighting the FIRE collab and handing out smiles for days.
Don’t get it twisted, Boo J. is never too busy for his fans, giving everyone an opportunity to chat, snap photos and try out the all-new FIRE Logan sunglasses. Hype on the brand, style and bringing the community together was everything we expected out of this launch party. Massive congrats to Boo Johnson + the team for putting this all together. No better way to kick off the summer – Can't wait for the next one!
