SPY OPTIC UNITED STATES LIMITED WARRANTY

SPY OPTIC WARRANTS THAT ITS PRODUCTS WITHIN THE PRODUCT CATEGORIES SET FORTH IN THE TABLE BELOW (“PRODUCTS”) WILL BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIALS FOR THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY PERIOD SET FORTH IN THE TABLE BELOW, AND SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREUNDER.

1 year from original date of purchase by the original end-user purchaser

This warranty does not cover scratched lenses.

Replacements Lenses

1 year from date of replacement.

This warranty does not cover scratched lenses.

Helmets

2 years from original date of purchase by the original end-user purchaser.

Please note that apparel and accessories are not covered under this warranty.

 

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

Because SPY cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this limited warranty does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized SELLERS, unless otherwise prohibited by law. SPY reserves the right to reject warranty claims from purchasers for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites.  IN ADDITION, THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT cover any defects caused by normal wear and tear, improper use or repair, extreme weather elements, physical damage, neglect, MODIFICATION, or ALTERATION. this Policy is non-transferable and is only available to the original end-user PURCHASER.

To get started, please fill out the online warranty claim form. Once your warranty claim form has been submitted, one of our warranty representatives will review it and respond to you within 5-7 business days. 

Spy reserves the right to request 2 pictures of your Product and a copy of your receipt or other proof of purchase and reject claims from customers unable to furnish a valid proof of purchase.

Sole and Exclusive Remedy

If a warranty claim is made during the applicable warranty period and is approved by Spy in its sole discretion, Spy will replace the Product. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs and a handling fee of $20. 

In the event the exact model is no longer available or out-of-stock, please note that an equivalent replacement product of equal value will be provided so you can See Happy again. Please note that replacement products provided under this warranty are not eligible for exchange, nor does the replacement of a Product under this warranty extend or renew the warranty period of the defective Product.

There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein.  Any implied warranties that may be applicable to Products, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty.  Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.  Under no circumstances shall Spy be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of this limited warranty, breach of contract or strict liability.  Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
