Sunglass and Eyeglass Warranty
SPY offers a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials with a valid itemized receipt from an Authorized SPY Dealer. SPY’s warranty does not cover any defects caused by normal wear and tear, improper use or repair, extreme weather elements, physical damage or neglect. SPY’s warranty program does not cover scratched lenses. Additionally, any alterations of SPY products will void warranty coverage. Our warranty program will get you into a brand-new pair of sunglasses or eyeglass frame for a nominal fee, plus shipping charges.*

Snow & Moto Goggle Warranty
SPY offers a 2-year limited warranty (**excluding ACE EC) against defects in materials with a valid itemized receipt from an Authorized SPY Dealer. SPY’s warranty does not cover any defects caused by normal wear and tear, improper use or repair, extreme weather elements, physical damage or neglect. SPY’s warranty program does not cover scratched lenses. Additionally, any alterations of SPY products will void warranty coverage. Our warranty program will get you into a brand-new goggle for a nominal fee, plus shipping charges.*

**ACE EC snow goggle: SPY offers a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials. Normal warranty exclusions apply. Valid itemized receipt from an Authorized SPY Dealer is required for warranty coverage. Warranty fees and shipping charges may apply.

Replacement Lens Warranty
SPY offers a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials on all SPY replacement lenses with a valid itemized receipt from an Authorized SPY Dealer. SPY’s warranty does not cover any defects caused by normal wear and tear, improper use or repair, extreme weather elements, physical damage or neglect. SPY’s warranty program does not cover scratched lens. Additionally, any alterations of SPY products will void warranty coverage. Our warranty program will get you into a brand-new replacement lens for a nominal fee, plus shipping charges.*

Apparel and accessories are not covered under SPY’s warranty.
